GRANTS

 

January 23rd, 2024 AND April 29th, 2024, PTO board members were able to present certificates to the Grant Winners! A large portion of the funds raised from the Husky Hustle support these grants. Every year Summit Faculty receive allotments that can be used to purchase materials to be used during the school year but can additionally submit a grant request to be reviewed by the Summit PTO board.

This year we were able to award all of the grant dollars that were requested! Without your support and supporting our largest fundraiser, the Husky Hustle, and our smaller programs, like Dine to Donate, this would not be possible! Thank you for supporting PTO and supporting our well deserving teachers and staff!

• Bus expenses for field trips

• New collaboration tables

• Book publishing contract

• Dry erase easel for handwriting practice

• Movement activity for gross motor movement 

• Decodable books

• Sensory Space items

• Flexible seating options

• Calm down kits
